Our History
The directors of Horizon New Ltd have a wide experience in health and social care and public finance. This makes it easy for them to ensure that the service provided meets the needs of the clients. We hold professional registration that values prioritisation of people by putting first people’s interest and aspiration, care and safety and preservation of their dignity and effective management of finance. Our professional values and code of conduct will influence the standard of support our clients will receive and the values our worker will adhere to.
Our Mission
To support adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health problems develop skills to make decisions about their life with awareness of risks and responsibilities and for them to gain skills for independent living and participation in community activities and respite to give cares are break, where appropriate respite to prepare the adult for ultimate independent living.
We achieve this providing tailored support, maximising your income, keeping you active, connecting you with specialist community resources and social networks to maximise your wellbeing and supporting resettle in your own accommodation appropriate to your needs
