The horizon New Ltd provides support and accommodation to vulnerable people and some of them have are in receipt of personal care and support to meet their day to day needs

We follow a safe recruitment and selection process that ensures the identification of the person best suited person is selected and appointment is based on the applicant’s abilities, qualification, experience and merit as measured against the job description and person specification. We ensure that the appointed person can be entrusted with the safety and wellbeing of our clients and is safe to work in that role

Before an appointment is made satisfactory enhanced disclosure, barring service and reference is mandatory. Before completing the application form please ensure you have the following information that includes information needed when checking your DBS records:

  1. Your full names including previous names and contact details.
  2. Your current and previous address for the past five years
  3. Your complete current employment history, the period in education/ training or volunteer work with full start and end dates for all
  4. Address and contact details for all previous employers/education for reference purposes.
  5. Full dates for any periods you have been claiming state benefits.
  6. Full contact details for at least one personal referee
